Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and healing.
It is administered by "laying on hands" to promote the flow of life force energy. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation, feelings of peace, and wellbeing.
A session includes a 60 minute treatment plus a follow up discussion and is $155.

Sophia is a master level reiki practitioner and healer as well as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Yoga Instructor. Sophia holds a Master’s Degree from New York University and has a private therapy practice.
About Lisa
Lisa is a master level reiki practitioner healer as well as a Yoga Alliance RYT 200 certified yoga instructor. She believes Reiki energy works at the subtle body levels allowing for healing at the mental, physical and spiritual levels. She enjoys the Reiki process and supporting individuals in their healing journey.
