The practice of yin yoga is one of slowing down. Yin is the dark to the light, the water to the fire, and the ease to the effort. In this workshop we will hold passive poses to drop in deeper, move through resistance, and nourish the joints and connective tissues. All levels are welcome, and we'll be using props to allow the poses to work for each body. Yin is deeply relaxing, but can also bring intense sensation, inviting us to listen to our body, find our edge, and release into it. Come explore more acceptance and the softer side of your yoga practice.
