Our opening and closing ceremonies will include opportunities for journaling so you may reflect and integrate what you've discovered.
Your breathwork journey involves a circular breathing pattern that stimulates your parasympathetic nervous system, allowing us to shift into a rest & digest state. We'll unlock your subconscious and release both physical and emotional toxins. From there, the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, ocean drums, and chimes will settle you into deep relaxation. Guided meditation will promote self healing, forgiveness, and gratitude.
