Spring Renewal Yoga Workshop with Sarah: A Journey of Reflection and Rebirth

Step into the season of renewal with our Spring Renewal Yoga Workshop, guided by Sarah. This gentle yet invigorating flow is designed to help you shed the old, embrace fresh energy, and reconnect with your true self. Through mindful movement, breathwork, and restorative poses, you will refresh both body and mind, leaving you feeling recharged, centered, and ready for the season ahead.

Workshop Highlights:

  • A restorative yoga flow to promote balance and clarity

  • Guided breathwork to enhance mindfulness and release tension

  • Journaling prompts to reflect on personal growth and set intentions for the season

Journaling Prompts to Guide Your Practice:

  1. What aspects of your life feel "stagnant" or "overgrown" that you'd like to release as you enter the new season?

  2. What new energies, habits, or goals would you like to cultivate this spring?

  3. In what ways can you bring more clarity and balance into your life?

This class is perfect for all levels, whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner. After the session, we’ll gather for a brief reflection and discussion to share insights and personal intentions for the season. Let’s bloom into spring together with a sense of clarity, growth, and purpose.
