Join us for an all-levels Barre-PiYo fitness class designed to enhance your balance, flexibility, and posture while strengthening and toning your muscles. Using a handheld barre, resistance tools, and your own body weight, this energizing class combines elements of ballet, Pilates, and yoga for a full-body workout. Expect flowing movements, targeted exercises, and a focus on alignment to help you lengthen muscles, build core strength, and improve overall mobility. Whether you’re new to fitness or looking to level up your routine, this class offers modifications and challenges to suit every participant. Come ready to move and leave feeling longer, stronger, and more centered!

About Kim Rhodes

Kim’s dedication to fitness started in college.  The energy of pursuing our fitness goals together is invigorating and addictive.  Meeting clients where they are and offering modifications to exercises to accommodate individual needs is vital.  Getting started and staying dedicated is the goal.  I love to create a fitness community where all are welcomed and encouraged. Fitness with friends for life is a great way to stay motivated.  If you join my class, I will learn your name and introduce you to other members and future friends.  Be open to having coffee together or going on a hike. The only workout you will regret is the one you miss.  As we age, it is critical to focus on posture, balance, endurance and core strength.  The music, the vibe, the creativity make classes challenging and inviting. Whatever your age or fitness level, jump in - time will fly and you will look forward to coming back.
