We'll open with a journaling exercise that will prepare you for a deep inward journey through breathwork and crystal bowl sound healing. While in this meditative state, you'll be guided to reflect on your goals and check in with your own inner wisdom about how to make your dreams a reality. To conclude, you'll capture your insights with playful art journaling. This is a fun class designed to help you set the year off on the right track.
Bring a yoga mat and an open heart. Eyemasks are also recommended to enhance the meditation experience.
