Discover the power of breath as a tool to relieve discomfort while healing vibrations of sound and reiki soothe your body, mind, and spirit.
This workshop will empower you to first connect with your body through intentional breath-work, gentle somatic movement, and guided meditation…then unwind even more with a relaxing crystal bowl sound bath. You'll have the opportunity for introspection and creative expression to seal in the benefits of your practice.
Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, comfortable/loose clothing and eye mask (strongly recommended to enhance your experience). Please eat a light breakfast at least 90 minutes before class as breath-work is best on an empty stomach.
